"King of Pride" by Ana Huang

 

I loved this book! Really, it has it all! Great plot, amazing characters, funny moments and hot scenes.

Isabella is a character I loved from the moment I met her. I was moved by the fact that she is trying to find her purpose in life and she is watching her friends and family getting settled down. I loved her even more for all the awkward moments in front of Kai! Really, girl, youhad such bad timing every single time!

Kai was amazing! To be honest, I was kind of reluctant at first about those two as a couple,but their differences are what make them perfect together. He is smart but sexy as hell and Ilove the way he was thinking about her. And when he was jealous??? OMG!

The story was very good and I can’t wait to read the next one!

Important announcement...

 So, this is a different post, because I have an important announcement. I decided to write on my blog in English from now on. I believe that it’s better since almost all the books I read are in English. When I read a book in Greek, then I will write again in my own language.

"King of Wrath" της Ana Huang

 

Έχοντας διαβάσει τη σειρά Twisted από την Ana Huang, εννοείται ότι ήθελα να δω αν και τα άλλα της βιβλία είναι το ίδιο καλά. Οπότε, δεν αντιστάθηκα στον πειρασμό και αγόρασα και τη σειρά (όσα έχουν κυκλοφορήσει δηλαδή!) Kings of Sin!

Πραγματικά λάτρεψα το πρώτο βιβλίο King of Pride! Ήταν ακριβώς όπως το περίμενα και ακόμα παραπάνω!

Τι να πω για τον Dante? Ανυπομονούσα να διαβάσω την ιστορία του, επειδή τον είχα δει και στην Twisted series και αξίζει όλο to hype που γίνεται! Υπήρχαν στιγμές που τον λάτρεψα και στιγμές που ήθελα να τον χτυπήσω, αλλά μπορούσα να καταλάβω τη σύγκρουση που βίωνε εσωτερικά σε σχέση με τη Vivian.

“I hate the idea of you touching anyone else, or anyone else touching you. I hate that other people can make you laugh in a way I can’t. I hate how I feel around you, like you’re the only person that can make me lose control when I. Don’t. Lose. Control.”

Η Vivian ως χαρακτήρας μου άρεσε πολύ. Μπορεί σε κάποιους να φαινόταν ότι δεν έχει ισχυρή προσωπικότητα σε αυτά που έχουν να κάνουν με τους γονείς της, αλλά μπορώ να καταλάβω γιατί συμπεριφερόταν έτσι. Θεωρώ ότι ήταν από τους πιο αξιοπρεπείς γυναικείους χαρακτήρες που έχω διαβάσει!

“I’d kissed my fair share of men over the years, but none had ever kissed me like this.”

Εννοείται ότι θα διαβάσω και το επόμενο!
